Once the position is created, it is posted directly to your businesses Facebook page.
To reach a larger, targeted audience, “boost” the job posting by clicking on the “Boost Post” button. There is a fee associated with the boosting service, but it is still very minimal and allows you to choose demographics and location. Once your business’s job is posted, interested individuals can apply directly to your position on Facebook and you can manage them under the “Manage Jobs” tab. It is simple, cost effective, and it works!
